Under the leadership of its new executive management and the new regulations on the circular economy, Flexico® is now committing its customers to an eco-responsible approach with the Minigrip® Bio-based bag.

As a specialist in reclosable flexible packaging, we support our customers in order to achieving 100% recycled plastic by January 2025 and reducing single-use packaging by 2040!

The Minigrip® bag has been the must-have for more than 60 years thanks to its quality and robustness (300,803,736 units were manufactured in 2019). 

To encourage our customers to turn to models that meet consumer expectations, the Minigrip® has been transformed in response to the circular economy law!

Thus, the new Minigrip® bag is now available in a bio-based version. Launched this year, it is single-material, made from a renewable resource (sugar cane) and reusable thanks to its resealable zip. It joined the Minigrip® range in August 2020, just a few months after the arrival of Flexico®’s new executive management.
